At Binti Snack Box, your satisfaction means everything to us! Each box is carefully packed with love, ensuring you receive the freshest and most authentic African snacks. Because our products are food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

However, we always want you to feel you’ve received full value for your order.

If your snack box arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not meet expectations, please reach out to us at info@bintisnacks.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will review your case and, where appropriate, issue a store credit that you can apply toward your next purchase.

Damaged or Missing Items

If any item in your box is damaged, missing, or incorrect, please email us with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the affected items (if possible)

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible by providing store credit or a suitable replacement in your next order.

Sale Items & Gift Boxes

Please note that sale items, promotional boxes, and gift boxes are final sale and are not eligible for credit unless they arrive damaged or defective.
